Our management team is dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors. Drawing on different backgrounds and expertise, each of our executives shares a passion for working with the elderly. We pool our talents to serve as advocates and champions for our clients by always focusing on what’s in the best interests of seniors and their families.

Living Your Choice is based on the sole mission of helping seniors handle this often difficult and confusing life-transition easier. We provide options that match with an individual’s past experience as well as their vision of the future. This approach guides our service model.

Brian Clark, Chief Operating Officer

Brian Clark, Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer for Living Your Choice, LLC, Brian Clark is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the business.

Mr. Clark’s focus is on finding the optimal balance of world-class technology to improve the customer experience and increase efficiency while maintaining the company’s hallmark hands-on approach with each family.

An expert in direct marketing, database management, and lead development, Mr. Clark co-founded Pinpoint Technologies, Inc. (a direct-marketing consulting business) prior to joining Living Your Choice. There he served as Chief Operating Officer for 20 years and worked with thousands of companies, from small businesses to Fortune 500 organizations.

In his free time, Mr. Clark volunteers with the Orange County Sheriffs Search and Rescue Unit as a service to the local community.

In 2005, one of Mr. Clark’s hobbies prompted him to co-found GrapeRadio, an internationally acclaimed wine talk show featuring interviews with wine personalities from around the world. The show has twice been awarded the James Beard Award for Excellence in Journalism.

A graduate of California Polytechnic University, Mr. Clark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.

Brian Y. Chou, Chief Legal Officer

Confronting one’s mortality is not high on the To Do list for most people. Nevertheless, at Living Your Choice Brian Y. Chou strives to make this type of planning as accessible and (dare we say it?) enjoyable as possible. Mr. Chou seeks to build strong relationships with each of his senior clients to ensure that their estate plans continue to accurately reflect their wishes as their personal lives and legal situations evolve.

In addition to his work with seniors on behalf of Living Your Choice, Mr. Chou serves an associate at the firm of Barth Calderon LLP. Mr. Chou earned his J.D./MBA degree from Pepperdine University, where he was involved in a variety of activities, notably as literary citations editor for the Dispute Resolution Law Journal, President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, Vice Magister of Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity, and a member of the Moot Court Board. He also worked in the Career Development Office at the Pepperdine School of Law and remains involved with the community there.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Chou speaks Mandarin Chinese and understands Cantonese.

Mr. Chou’s areas of expertise include asset protection, estate planning, business succession planning, intellectual property law, charitable planning, probate and trust administration, and trust litigation.

Brian Schraff, Chief Technology Officer

Brian Schraff, Chief Technology Officer

A 30-year technology veteran, Mr. Schraff has managed multi-platform IT infrastructure and software development teams for many types of technology and service companies during his career.

At Living Your Choice, Mr. Schraff oversees the development and implementation of technology solutions that focus on site design and functionality, assuring everything is carefully matched to customer needs.

His philosophy toward building websites is to create and support unique functionality that allows customers to help themselves with ease. Mr. Schraff places an emphasis on enabling customers to pre-qualify, thereby saving time by providing an opportunity for self-service. He believes website functionality is crucial in introducing customers to their options, so it is imperative to offer site-users many ways to get the most out of each visit.

Mr. Schraff’s strengths include motivation and team leadership, as well as extensive knowledge of technology and information infrastructure. His responsibilities encompass overseeing, developing, and implementing technology solutions that allow businesses to implement strategies.
